A position paper on "Preparedness, Response, Mitigation, and Disaster Recovery for Flood in Southern Nepal" is being written by American Society of Nepalese Engineers (ASNEngr). Two-third of the paper is done and a complete position paper will be published soon. Experts in flood and related field from all over the world are part of the committee.
