July 27th conference will be at Superior Ball Room.

  • Kids and Female program will be at Huron room from 1 PM to 2 PM. Kids STEM activity program is from 2 PM to 5 PM. Female program will be run by Laliguras family. Kids program will be run by scientist and software engineers.
  • July 28th Society BOD meeting will be at Huron room from 8 AM to 12 PM .
  • # A non-member (if eligible by by-laws) would be given free membership with registration till December 2019
  • *All registrants registering as students must present a valid student ID
  • **All kids (12 and under) must be accompanied by adults at all times
  • Evening program starts at 5:30 PM, includes networking snack, dinner and cultural program
  • Dinner and Cultural Program will start at 7:30 PM
  • Registration includes full-day technical sessions, breakfast, lunch, dinner, cultural & networking programs
