March 25, 2016 - Memorendum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between American Society of Nepalese Engineers (ASNEngr) and National Society of Earthquake Technology (NSET).
On behalf of ASNEngr President Rajendra Shrestha, PhD and on behalf of NSET Executive Director Dr. Amod M. Dixit signed the MOU.
Activities under this MoU include, but are not limited to:
1. ASNEngr and NSET will:
a. Exchange information on engineering, scientific and technical topics and publications that are of mutual interest;
b. Conduct joint research, development and publications.
d. Organize meetings, seminars, symposia, workshops and conferences.
2. ASNEngr and NSET will work closely in the sectors pertaining to issue related to natural disasters and risk management, specifically
pertaining to Nepal and Shall work closely in the even of the future natural disasters in Nepal to provide efficient relief effort
to the affected people.
